Who We Are
Rising Tide Consultants has been working in the hospitality industry since 1988. After serving as the General Manager of BC’s Liquor Control and Licensing Branch in British Columbia, Bert Hick founded Rising Tide Consultants. Our team has decades of hospitality and liquor licensing experience with a full understanding of local and provincial government liquor licence regulations and policies. We have longstanding relationships with key government agencies and regulatory officials with both local and provincial governments.
