Rising Tide Consultants Ltd., was founded by Bert Hick after serving 11 years with the British Columbia Provincial Government in several positions including Intergovernmental Relations Secretariat, Executive Director of the Cabinet Secretariat, Secretary to Cabinet and General Manager of the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch.
With over 24 years of Liquor Licensing experience, Mr Hick is widely respected throughout British Columbia at all levels of Municipal and Provincial Government as well as the Hospitality and related industries. |
